English summary of the master's thesis entitled (small projects financing problemsAnd methods of treatment implementing it on the Beni Suef governorate) Small projects of different kinds occupies great importance in the economies of all communities, regardless of the degree of development and different economic systems and concepts, and the varying stages of social transformations The small businesses of all kinds need to types of financing, whether short-term or medium-term financing or long-term disruption to maintain and continue its research problem is the following: 1. lack of capital adequacy submitted by the founders of small businesses to finance their operations necessary for its survival and continuity. . reluctance of financial institutions to provide for the financial needs of these projects which adversely affect the performance of these projects thing that does not stimulate investors to invest in this type of projects. . Try to identify the financing problems facing small businesses in Beni Suef Try to find some funding formulas or investment that contribute to the solution of small projects to ensure their survival and Astmrarha.oukamt The study hypotheses problems - There is a direct correlation between the factors for small businesses and the type of project - There is Positive relationshipbetween the factors for small businesses and the project status - There is a Positive relationshipn between the factors for small businesses and the financial structure of the Lparwa Positive relationship - There is a Positive relationshipbetween deficiencies in the funding system for small enterprises and between those stalled projects Social Fund is the official organ of the state and entrusted with the financing of small projects and are lending m through several intermediate commercial banks The aim of the present study was to examine and analyze the reality of small businesses in the province of Beni Sopf and an analysis of the problems of financing these projects and the role of the Social Fund to finance small projects and access to a set of findings and recommendations to overcome the problems of small business financing Research Methodology: This study is based on the theoretical side, including the descriptive approach and content analysis of studies on the subject of the study, and analysis of data contained in the competent authorities and the relevant bodies. On the practical side it has been relying on a field study of a sample of small projects in Beni Suef. Vtm design a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of small enterprises amounted to \ 269 \ project. So you can develop a study on the problem as follows: What is the direction of the Egyptian commercial banks to apply the concept of e-governance and its impact on human resources management policies. 1/5: The objectives of the study 1. Identify the differences between the public sector banks and private sector banks in the application of e-governance on human resources management policies. 2. In the light of the objectives of the study and previous studies it can be formulated hypotheses of the study are as follows: 1. B - expanding the selection of applicants base to work with a database of candidates building. (C) objectivity into account in the selection of applicants to work to ensure better compliance with the individual and his job. D - objectivity in the performance of employees with immediate and continuous assessment of the evaluation of workers. E - the study of changes in the surrounding environment to find out the latest developments in the field of work Banking and the creation of workers to deal with it with the response to the needs of the training speed Necessary. (F) flexibility in changing rates of pay to comply with the speed and influencing variables in the implementation of this This is achieved through the integration of the wage policy and other human resources policies. 3. must be on senior leadership to participate in laying the foundations for the development of human resources policies and provide all the necessary resources, both financial credits or cadres of human or ready programs suitable for the application of the banks. 4. must be uniform standards and specifications for databases to make better use of them with the training staff on how to effectively use the information provided by the e-governance applications in the human resources policies and that is reflected on the quality of banking service mode. General recommendations: 1. senior management and responsibility for the management of the banking sector in Egypt benefit from the material resources they have available in the expansion of the application of e-governance and to benefit from the advantages of application. 2. Development of human resources available because it is considered the foundation stone for the success of the application of e-governance by continuously striving to develop and upgrade the capabilities of working with the development of policies that contribute to it.
