Master Abstract
Knowledge has become an important resource for the organization from which you can learn new things, invent new solutions to solve their problems. Therefore, knowledge sharing became an important aspect of most modern organization, which organization seek to obtain a competitive advantage, so leaders must encourage employees to share their knowledge in order to generate new knowledge benefit employees and achieve the goals of the organization.
So this research aimed to understand the relationship between transformational leadership and employee empowerment and their impact on knowledge sharing, questionnaires were used to get information to complete the field study, the total respondents were 61.5 %, the results of data analysis indicates there is a strong influence of transformational leadership on knowledge sharing through the use of employee empowerment as a mediator variable in this relationship.

PHD Abstract
This research discussed the effect of the effective application of ERP system (as an independent variable) on the application of lean manufacturing system (as a mediating variable) and its reflection on the operational performance (as an dependent variable) of cement factories in Egypt. The questionnaire was used to obtain the data necessary to complete the field study. The researcher relied on a set of different statistical methods to achieve the research objectives.
The results of the field study reached a set of results, the most important of it was: there is direct positive effect of the effective application of ERP system on lean manufacturing system, and there is a direct and indirect positive impact of the effective application of the system of ERP system on operational performance, where lean manufacturing system mediates this relationship.
