Master Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to identify the influence of intellectual capital on both the genetic features of the organization (DNA) and organizational excellence, and the impact of the genetic features of the organization (DNA) on organizational excellence, and to know the extent of the influence of intellectual capital as an intermediate variable in the relationship between the genetic features of the organization (DNA) The organizational excellence is to apply to workers at the University of Beni Suef, and the research community is represented in the workers at Beni Suef University and the sample size (400) singles, and the researcher used a survey list prepared for the purpose of data collection for study variables, and the number of valid lists reached (380) lists of a response rate (98.45 %) The descriptive curriculum was used and a set of statistical methods were used in the average, the empirical factor analysis and the path analysis, and the results showed the following: (1) There is a positive moral effect of intellectual capital on the genetic features of the organization (DNA). (2) There is a positive moral effect of intellectual capital on organizational excellence. (3) There is a positive moral effect of the genetic features of the organization (DNA) on organizational excellence. (4) An effect of intellectual capital as a mediator variable in the relationship between the genetic features of the organization (DNA) and organizational excellence; Where the genetic features of the organization increase the impact of intellectual capital on organizational excellence.
