Organizational Innovation as a Mediator in the Relationship between Dynamic Capabilities and the Competitive priorities applying to Egyptian Banks" Abstract This research aims to studying the effect of dynamic capabilities (as an independent variable) on organizational innovation (as an intermediate variable) and their reflection on competitive priorities (as a dependent variable) by applying to employees in the Egyptian banking sector and the research population was represented in all employees in the main branches of banks, and the sample reached (422) ), And the researcher used a survey list that was prepared for a purpose The process of completing the field study, in addition to the valid lists for analysis were (346) lists with a response rate (81.9%) The rsearch results have concluded the following: - The dynamic capabilities positively affect the organizational innovation in the banks in question. -Organizational innovation positively affects the competitive priorities of the banks in question. -The dynamic capabilities positively affect the competitive priorities of the banks in question. -There is an effect of organizational innovation as an intermediate variable in the relationship between dynamic capabilities and competitive priorities precedents where dynamic capabilities affect competitive priorities to a greater degree in light of the existence of organizational innovation as a mediator in the relationship.
