Abstract At a time when reliance on Internet applications is increasing in all fields, insurance companies have relied on the descriptive analytical approach, A questionnaire was evaluated and distributed to a sample of clients of general insurance companies in the Egyptian market, The number of members of the sample was estimated at 137 clients, and another questionnaire was distributed to a sample of employees, In general insurance companies in the Egyptian market, the number of sample members was estimated at 137 employees, and statistical analysis was relied upon using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences(SPSS) The study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which are: Electronic insurance brings us many advantages, which are: This is an encouraging factor for customers to conclude insurance contracts electronically This allows for increasing the competitiveness of insurance companies in the Egyptian market, so that the application of electronic insurance contributes to increasing the absorptive capacity of insurance companies, And develop her skills The study recommended that insurance companies operating in the Egyptian market activate the provision of their insurance services electronically at all stages, starting from the insurance request and ending with the settlement of claims, by seeking help from the experience of insurance companies that practice electronic insurance for the purpose of strengthening the relationship between the company and its customers. It also recommended that the study recommend To spread awareness of the importance of using electronic services, and the importance of supporting management to develop and improve the quality of electronic services, in addition to making periodic communications and field visits to points of sale, Users and listening to their opinions and suggestions that contribute to improving the quality of electronic services, training and explaining all elements on the site and how to use them for new users, and increasing interest in technical support for the company’s website, especially with the automated system for reporting problems. Which results in an increase in the customer’s interest in the company’s website to obtain the insurance service, and this is reflected in an increase in the degree of customer loyalty towards the company, and then influencing its performance.
