Research Abstract

Abstract The research aims to measure the satisfaction of policyholders for quality insurance services using quantitative methods and the relative importance of quality insurance service dimensions. Based on the fact that customer satisfaction is one of the most important indicators of company success and to achieve its strategic goals. Despite these extremely important of customer satisfaction but it has not received adequate extent of research and studies that reflect it especially under severe competitive environment in the Egyptian insurance market, in an effort to find a competitive advantage, and of the considerable insurance service characteristics make it a special character. The research was adopted on three hypotheses: A significant relationship between the dimensions of quality of service provided and customer satisfaction. Significant differences between the levels of customer service satisfaction provided by the companies under consideration in the Egyptian market. Significant difference between the quality of the insurance service dimensions and the actual level of performance in the sectors under study. Results and recommendations: A significant effect of the dimensions of quality service on customer satisfaction. The relative importance of the different elements of quality insurance service in their impact on customer satisfaction. A significant difference in the impact of service quality dimensions on customer satisfaction among the sectors under study. Recommendations: Interest the most important elements and influential in customer satisfaction. Insurance company's should develop its products to meet the needs and desires of customers. The need to identify the level of customer satisfaction about the company and its services continuously.
