"The Relationship between Transformational Leadership and Employee Empowerment and Their Impact on Knowledge sharing “An Empirical Study on Egyptian Universities".
Research Abstract
Knowledge has become an important resource for the organization from which you can learn new things, invent new solutions to solve their problems. Therefore, knowledge sharing became an important aspect of most modern organization, which organization seek to obtain a competitive advantage, so leaders must encourage employees to share their knowledge in order to generate new knowledge benefit employees and achieve the goals of the organization.
So this research aimed to understand the relationship between transformational leadership and employee empowerment and their impact on knowledge sharing, questionnaires were used to get information to complete the field study, the total respondents were 61.5 %, the results of data analysis indicates there is a strong influence of transformational leadership on knowledge sharing through the use of employee empowerment as a mediator variable in this relationship.
