The Prevalence of upper respiratory tract lesions in pathology department, Beni-Suef University Hospital

Research Abstract

In this study, 202 cases of upper respiratory tract lesions were collected from Pathology department, Beni-Suef University Hospital in the period from June, 2017 to June, 2021 and were studied histopatholgically and 59 out of them with squamous morphology were also studied immunohistochemically for HPV expression. Also, PAS special stain was used for detection of any suspected fungal infection.
