It also recommended that the study recommend To spread awareness of the importance of using electronic services, and the importance of supporting management to develop and improve the quality of electronic services, in addition to making periodic communications and field visits to points of sale, Users and listening to their opinions and suggestions that contribute to improving the quality of electronic services, training and explaining all elements on the site and how to use them for new users, and increasing interest in technical support for the company’s website, especially with the automated system for reporting problems.
